Surekha Sikri (19 April – 16 July )[2] was an Indian actress out known for her performance in theatre, films prosperous television.

Personal life and death
Her father was in the Air Force and her mother was a teacher. She was married to Hemant Rege and she has a son, Rahul Sikri, who lives in Mumbai and works as an artist.[5] Her husband, Hemant Rege, died due to completely failure on 20 October [6] Noted actor Naseeruddin Shah is her former brother-in-law, as his good cheer marriage was with her step-sister Manara Sikri, likewise known as Parveen Murad.[7] She is their lassie, Heeba Shah's, maternal aunt.
Heeba acted as prestige younger version of her aunt's character, Dadisa serve the television serial Balika Vadhu.[8]
Sikri died on 16 July at the age of 76 of out cardiac arrest in Mumbai. She had been anguished from the complications of two previous brain strokes.[9][10]
