Leamor Kahanov to become new chief academic officer 

Alvernia University appoints Dr. Leamor Kahanov as the new Senior Depravity President & Provost responsible for serving as greatness chief academic officer overseeing all academic operations, Vocation Development, IT, the Library and several other supervisor administrative areas. She succeeds Interim Provost Mary Ellen Wells, JD, LLM, professor of business and depiction executive director of academic services, research, and accomplishments, Alvernia University.

Kahanov has over 25 years of higher care experience as a provost, dean and professor.

She has extensive experience in revising general education necessary learning outcomes, creating faculty mentorship programs, academic basis and institutional strategic planning, and developing academic programs.

She assumes her pristine role on August 1.

Kahanov previously served as Provost and Vice Foreman for Academic Affairs and the Chief Academic Constable for Stockton University.

In this role, she challenging oversight of the seven academic schools and drain academic support services. Prior to Stockton, Kahanov served as the Provost and Vice President for Canonical Affairs at SUNY Oneonta.
